About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect and compile operational and financial information to prepare various consolidated reports
Contribute to various quarterly presentations for senior management and JLL’s client
Assist the director in managing the budgeting process and ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of forecasts and the budget
Develop tools for analyzing and projecting financial results
Manage and participate in the implementation of new systems, processes, and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recognized professional accounting designation or equivalent experience
At least three to five years of experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI/Query)
Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and the 'Advanced Forecasting and Budgeting' module is an asset
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize diverse data points and sources
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
