Key responsibilities & impact

The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the hands-on execution and delivery of decarbonization initiatives, energy audits, and regulatory compliance projects
This role will focus on the timely and cost-effective completion of client deliverables
Ensure strong project management practices, maintain effective communication with clients, and foster collaborative relationships to ensure smooth and successful delivery of all projects
Conduct ASHRAE Level 1, 2 and 3 energy audits, Net Zero Carbon assessments, and retro-commissioning projects
Support the development of portfolio and asset-level Net Zero Carbon strategies
Execute the evaluation and implementation of energy efficiency projects, including deep energy retrofits, by leveraging project management tools
Review HVAC and BAS systems to identify low- and no-cost energy saving measures
Travel to client sites across USA and occasionally to Canada, to perform audits and assessments.
Summarize technical findings into clear, professional reports and present recommendations to clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in conducting Energy Audits, Retro-Commissioning, or Net Zero Carbon Audits
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Sciences, Architecture, or a similarly applicable field
Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites including Canada
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis
Proficiency with Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) is required
Experience with building performance regulations and compliance reporting
Strong understanding of building MEP systems, controls, and energy efficiency measures.
