About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and lead site HSSE training programs using corporate tools; create and manage account training matrix; deliver presentations on safety topics to account employees
  • Build and maintain partnerships with client operations and safety teams to ensure compliance; support rollout of communications and safety culture programs across the account
  • Complete hazard/PPE assessments for all locations; create and maintain regulatory compliance registers; ensure adherence to JLL Client Assurance Program (JCAP) and Master Service Agreement requirements
  • Review site safety documents including MOPs and job plans for compliance; support environmental compliance efforts per Statement of Work specifications
  • Capture and report accidents, injuries, and near misses; manage OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping; serve as Account Administrator for JLL CMO Incident Management System
  • Lead or support HSSE event investigations; conduct root cause analysis; track implementation of corrective actions; prepare lessons-learned communications across account operations
  • Support HSSE Americas team in rolling out compliance and best management practices programs; contribute to continuous refinement of JLL's HSSE culture and training initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or related field (degree may be waived with 7+ years' experience or professional HSSE certification)
  • 5+ years in HSSE field with relevant professional certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to successfully manage and balance activities across multiple sites simultaneously
  • Broad understanding of environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with proven track record of delivering effective presentations and training programs
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and interface effectively with peers, colleagues, and clients at all levels
  • Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving with ability to apply intelligent flexibility to diverse situations
