Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of technical experience in building engineering
Strong expertise in packaged HVAC equipment repair, refrigeration, maintenance, and overall system design and application
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with CMMS systems (Corrigo or similar)
Understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and building automation
Valid Driver's License
Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
Trade-specific certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Safety certifications (OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR)
