About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Client Account teams in meeting obligations under the Management Agreement
- Manage service contracts, related budgets and tenant liaison to facilitate works
- Perform special projects and Client Account Team relief
- Conduct inspections and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems
- Manage cleaning & waste, energy management, occupational health & safety, supplier management
- Oversee Emergency Response, capital works projects and financial management & reporting against budgets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Facilities Management, Building, or related fields
- Experience in facilities management
- Exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Experience working across remote sites
- Proficiency in Excel & Word
- Preferred experience working with FM software platform
