Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluency in English and French or German (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting preferred
3-5 years consulting or industry experience
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
Proven time management and team collaboration abilities
Real estate, project execution, or consulting background
Climate advisory experience (climate risk, decarbonization, ESG strategy) is an asset
