Key responsibilities & impact

Provides reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets
Develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes
Conducts ongoing maintenance maturity assessments to assure progress to plan
Oversees root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures
Forms reliability strategies for critical assets and investigates new technologies for reliability improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in an Engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred
Five to 10 years’ experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems
Experience with building automation systems and automated fault detection & diagnostics
Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems
Ability to use variety of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and IT tools
