Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a limited portfolio of 5-7 sites with full accountability for 24x7 operations coverage
Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple shifts to ensure continuous operational support
Monitor and report on portfolio-wide performance metrics and KPI achievement
Execute contract KPIs and related client-RME strategies
Support implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in managing maintenance operations across multiple sites
Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles
Proven experience in program management
Ability to analyze equipment performance data
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in a logistics environment or related field is a plus
