About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all monthly results, expenses, and accruals in both client and JLL financial systems, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity
  • Oversee and monitor operating expense budgets and financials, maintaining precise data related to work orders, costs, and key performance indicators in Financial Services
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities that contribute to informed decision-making and strategic planning
  • Function as a key financial liaison for the client, building a strong collaborative partnership and responding effectively to financial queries and information requests
  • Coordinate communications with all stakeholders regarding financial status and progress, providing expert financial advice and support to local Facilities Managers
  • Support the development and implementation of new client reporting tools and monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures across the project portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of finance experience in a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated ability to create complex financial models, pivot tables, and analytical reports
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Proven history of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a demanding environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
