Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all monthly results, expenses, and accruals in both client and JLL financial systems, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity
Oversee and monitor operating expense budgets and financials, maintaining precise data related to work orders, costs, and key performance indicators in Financial Services
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities that contribute to informed decision-making and strategic planning
Function as a key financial liaison for the client, building a strong collaborative partnership and responding effectively to financial queries and information requests
Coordinate communications with all stakeholders regarding financial status and progress, providing expert financial advice and support to local Facilities Managers
Support the development and implementation of new client reporting tools and monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures across the project portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of finance experience in a similar role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated ability to create complex financial models, pivot tables, and analytical reports
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Proven history of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a demanding environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
