Key responsibilities & impact

Support the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact initiatives, from initial business case development and conceptualization through to operational delivery and performance monitoring
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Facilitate seamless collaboration between regional directors, internal platform teams, and client representatives to ensure integrated service delivery and prevent siloed operations
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to enhance account productivity and accelerate the delivery of critical operational improvements
Oversee the reporting of key data points, providing senior leadership with executive-level updates and actionable insights
Proactively identify potential project risks and dependencies and implement robust mitigation strategies
Support change impact analysis and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of proven program or project management experience in corporate environments
Proficiency in project management software and data visualization tools
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizational structures
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credentials (preferred)
Previous experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services industry (preferred)
Experience with enterprise software implementations, digital transformation, or technology rollouts (preferred)
Background in change management and organizational development initiatives (preferred)
