Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven L&D Experience in training, instructional design, or as a content subject matter expert
Strong curiosity and demonstrated experience with AI tools like JLL GPT and Claude
Proficiency in leveraging technology for efficiency, with experience in platforms such as Salesforce, Certinia, Ingenious, MS Products, and various LMS systems
Experience with learning design tools like Adobe or Pendo is a significant plus
Genuine investment in the growth and development of others
High level of integrity and commitment to ethics
