Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects
Oversee projects from initiation through completion, managing design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders
Track project financials, maintain milestone schedules, provide regular status updates
Manage multiple projects including renovations, building infrastructure, remodels, and new construction
Ensure accountability for end-to-end management of projects
Provide weekly project activity updates regarding project schedule, potential risks, budget status and cash flow
Develop risk management plans and lead project teams through work authorization processes
Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction
Manage vendors for compliance with project policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
This position will require up to 60% travel throughout the designated portfolio.
