About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects
  • Oversee projects from initiation through completion, managing design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Track project financials, maintain milestone schedules, provide regular status updates
  • Manage multiple projects including renovations, building infrastructure, remodels, and new construction
  • Ensure accountability for end-to-end management of projects
  • Provide weekly project activity updates regarding project schedule, potential risks, budget status and cash flow
  • Develop risk management plans and lead project teams through work authorization processes
  • Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction
  • Manage vendors for compliance with project policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
  • 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
  • Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
  • This position will require up to 60% travel throughout the designated portfolio.
