About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver baseline due diligence projects by collecting, classifying, and analyzing diverse data sets
Obtain and analyze / benchmark historical client real estate spend, square footage, and occupancy and lease data
Identify and liaise with key stakeholders and decision makers to assist in data gathering
Work with the Commercial Delivery team to create and maintain a project plan and timeline
Organize meetings with various stakeholders
Work across different business units to ensure data is thoroughly validated

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successful candidates are likely to have 5 years of relevant business experience
Current knowledge of Work Dynamics business models, clients, and geos will be highly valuable.
Facilities Management or Property Management experience is advantageous
Demonstrated successes in data analysis, drawing conclusions, and improvement.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred
