About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the creation and distribution of comprehensive Post Performance Reports following each review cycle.
- Conduct detailed post-month-end reviews to assess KPI achievement across all posts.
- Support the monthly KPI calculation and validation process, acting as an internal auditor for accuracy and fairness.
- Play a central role in executing the regional performance strategy aimed at achieving sustained 100% KPI compliance.
- Facilitate regular performance review meetings with post managers and regional supervisors.
- Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations for senior leadership on regional performance health.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in performance management, operations analysis, or service delivery within facilities management or a similar service-led industry, including KPI tracking, SLA management, and performance reporting.
- Proven ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements, with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across different levels and cultures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages and familiarity with JLL systems are advantageous.
