About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Account Team in delivering reliable retail static and mobile engineering services
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive vendor management and operational excellence
  • Partner with key client representatives to support JLL and client corporate real estate goals
  • Manage Pittsburgh, PA-based 3rd Party Vendor Outsourcing Program with direct oversight of four outsourcing representatives
  • Deliver comprehensive services to remote retail locations including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance operations
  • Monitor 3rd Party Service Agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards
  • Oversee account platforms and work order management systems
  • Manage preventative maintenance scheduling and compliance tracking
  • Administer access control systems across all locations
  • Monitor and optimize service agreement performance metrics
  • Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations
  • Maintain adherence to Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards and quality benchmarks
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team
  • Drive development and implementation of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) best practices
  • Identify and execute process innovations to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced service programs
  • Proven track record in multi-site facilities operations
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of facility/property management operations
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance support services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with facilities management software systems and CMMS platforms
