About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Account Team in delivering reliable retail static and mobile engineering services
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive vendor management and operational excellence
- Partner with key client representatives to support JLL and client corporate real estate goals
- Manage Pittsburgh, PA-based 3rd Party Vendor Outsourcing Program with direct oversight of four outsourcing representatives
- Deliver comprehensive services to remote retail locations including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance operations
- Monitor 3rd Party Service Agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards
- Oversee account platforms and work order management systems
- Manage preventative maintenance scheduling and compliance tracking
- Administer access control systems across all locations
- Monitor and optimize service agreement performance metrics
- Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations
- Maintain adherence to Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards and quality benchmarks
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team
- Drive development and implementation of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) best practices
- Identify and execute process innovations to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
- Minimum of two (2) years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced service programs
- Proven track record in multi-site facilities operations
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of facility/property management operations
- Working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance support services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with facilities management software systems and CMMS platforms
