About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and cultivate new customer relationships
- Understand customer’s goals, objectives, and desired outcomes
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify key decision-makers, understand customer needs, and tailor presentations, proposals, and demonstrations accordingly
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Address customer’s inquiries and provide timely answers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and competition
- Represent JLL Asset Beacon in industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Senior/ Sales Account Executive or similar role for a SaaS company
- Track record of achieving sales quotas and metrics
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Zoominfo a plus
- Understanding and consistent achievement of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently, long hours and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
