Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of work experience in Lease Administration
- Advanced knowledge of Real Estate Accounting practices or Property Management
- At least 5 years in Lease Administration or closely related field
- 5 years previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong financial/analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to spot issues proactively
- Ability to coach and mentor junior talent
