Facilities Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the proper operation of all aspects of a facility
- Establish, operate, and maintain a comprehensive Facility Management program
- Oversee daily operations while effectively building and leading a team
- Involve hands-on approach to maintenance tasks associated with building repair and upkeep
- Manage facility operations for two manufacturing/warehouse locations
- Manage team of on-site personnel and their associated performance
- Improve safety performance by changing level of awareness and behaviors
- Develop, track and implement energy conservation and operational efficiency initiatives
- Measure and manage client feedback throughout the year
- Conduct formal and informal relationship meetings with contacts
- Ensure compliance with training, Action Items/Audit Responses, and critical PMs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
- Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
- Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data
- Experience with work order management systems
- Strong Electrical and/or HVAC background preferred
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
