About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage monthly closing process for the company covering P&L and balance sheet, bank reconciliation, A/R, A/P and key all transactions to the general ledger
Take care of the company's cash flow management, budgetary control
Coordinate with customers to have other information needed for disclosure on financial statement
Experience in residential accounting, condominium knowledge
Knowledge of purchase order and purchase request

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree in Accounting
At least 2-3 years of accounting experience
Knowledge of computerized accounting system
Be able to work independently and in a team
Good command in English is advantage
Be able to close Financial Report is advantage
