About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical designs for Power Platform solutions.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, workshops, process analysis, and workflow analysis.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Create user-friendly apps coded and deployed within Power Pages.
- Build custom Power Pages portals using Liquid templating language, Web API integration.
- Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#.
- Design and implement robust data models within Dataverse.
- Develop seamless integrations between Power Platform and Azure services.
- Build and manage automated workflows with Power Automate.
- Develop insightful dashboards and reports with Power BI.
- Manage multiple environments and orchestrate solution migrations.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Liquid template language for extending Power Platform capability.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and relational database concepts.
