Drive operational excellence and innovation across a global portfolio of offices, labs, and data centers
Align facilities strategies with client objectives and optimize performance to achieve measurable outcomes
Manage workplace experience, operations, occupancy planning, moves, and change management
Leverage best-in-class processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction
Oversee budgeting and forecasting, achieve expenditure targets, and deliver cost efficiencies
Champion performance management using data analytics and KPIs for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive, executive-level experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or integrated operations, with at least 5 years managing global or multi-regional portfolios
Significant experience in direct client relationship management, negotiation, and strategic consultation with executive-level stakeholders
Expertise in Master Services Agreement (MSA) governance, contract negotiation, and managing vendor/supplier relationships on a global scale
Proven track record of driving commercial growth and achieving substantial financial results within a large, complex account structure
Fluency in data analytics and performance metrics relevant to global facilities and operational efficiency
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FMP, CFM, PMP, Six Sigma) are highly desirable
