Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive, executive-level experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or integrated operations, with at least 5 years managing global or multi-regional portfolios
  • Significant experience in direct client relationship management, negotiation, and strategic consultation with executive-level stakeholders
  • Expertise in Master Services Agreement (MSA) governance, contract negotiation, and managing vendor/supplier relationships on a global scale
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and achieving substantial financial results within a large, complex account structure
  • Fluency in data analytics and performance metrics relevant to global facilities and operational efficiency
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FMP, CFM, PMP, Six Sigma) are highly desirable
