About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and direct the specialty leasing program at Manhattan Village
Identify new and unique prospects for the specialty leasing program and/or permanent leasing
Maintain ongoing communication with permanent leasing agent to ascertain space availability, merchandise mix goals, and incubation candidates
Generate alternative revenue through ancillary income opportunities
Prepare all license agreement documents upon program transition
Coordinate the execution of agreements with the General Manager and the Licensee
Develop and implement specialty leasing retailer action plans aimed at maximizing sales and increasing the center’s value

Requirements

What you’ll need

bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
At least 7 years of practical experience
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing budgets and forecasts
Strong deal making, prospecting, networking and leasing experiences
Must have strong closing skills.
Must have or be willing to get CA Real Estate license within 120 days of employment.
