Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic direction and leadership for data center operations to strengthen JLL’s market position in IT services
Drive growth and ensure 100% uptime while managing risk and championing innovation in sustainability and technology
Cultivate trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and position JLL as the partner of choice
Implement standardized business operating mechanisms to foster team alignment and engagement
Lead operational excellence within critical account hubs, with accountability for financial performance and service delivery
Own account deployments impacting financial outcomes and operational execution
Deliver DC/CE solutions and lead new business transitions
Continuously monitor market trends to ensure best practices in IT resilience and proximity service delivery
Maintain ownership of all managed DC/CE space in the designated region
Serve as the subject matter expert for all aspects of DC/CE operational management
Advise clients and account leadership on data center operations and expansion strategies
Ensure consistent communication with internal teams, external clients, and management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum 7 years proven experience in data center operations in a leadership role
Strong knowledge in data center networks and passive infrastructure
Strong knowledge in network and IT hardware infrastructure
Familiarity with local regulations and market dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence
