Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily operations of the bank's premises, including data center management.
- Monitor critical equipment through detailed regular inspections.
- Lead and develop the Facility Coordinator and Engineering Team.
- Maintain comprehensive preventive maintenance programs through systematic scheduling.
- Define and execute technical strategies that align team activities with business objectives.
- Champion engineering best practices throughout the organization.
- Manage comprehensive project roadmaps, budgets, and timelines.
- Apply extensive ESG knowledge to monitor the bank's energy consumption.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline) is required.
- A master’s degree in engineering management (MEM) or related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with proven technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience within banking or financial institutions will be considered a significant added value.
- At least 1–3 years in a leadership or senior technical role (such as Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar position).
