Senior Director – Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute field marketing strategies for REMS across key Indian markets.
- Partner with REMS leadership and global/regional marketing teams to design and deliver demand generation programs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all REMS marketing in India while maintaining cultural relevance.
- Lead strategic event planning and execution, including client seminars, industry conferences, and proprietary events.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, social media, email, and online advertising.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for investor and occupier audiences within REMS.
- Build and lead a high-performing field marketing team through coaching, development, and performance management.
- Own annual marketing budgets, establish KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles managing teams and budgets, with experience in commercial real estate, property services, or related B2B sectors.
- Strong understanding of Indian commercial real estate market dynamics, key players, and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver marketing strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Digital marketing expertise across social media, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
