The Pipeline Manager maintains daily and weekly engagement with the client's corporate real estate strategy team to understand current and future real estate needs.
This involves managing a comprehensive pipeline of potential strategies, developing high-level implementation timelines, and tracking all deliverables from initial concept through funding approval.
A critical aspect involves clearly communicating timeline constraints based on client funding cycles and ensuring realistic expectations are set for all stakeholders.
This role coordinates site due diligence efforts for potential projects, working with various technical teams to assess feasibility and constraints.
The Pipeline Manager initiates engagement with design teams during early planning phases, facilitating preliminary design that aligns with the client's strategic objectives.
The position requires engaging multiple client departments including IT and security teams to ensure early identification of technical requirements and integration needs.
Working collaboratively with JLL Cost Management, the Pipeline Manager requests high-level cost budgets necessary for client funding approvals.
The role maintains close partnership with the JLL Capital Planning Manager, providing regular updates on pipeline projects for current and future capital planning cycles.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, business, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management, construction management, or related fields, with a strong background in real estate and construction program/process management
PMP, PgMP, or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
