About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Pipeline Manager maintains daily and weekly engagement with the client's corporate real estate strategy team to understand current and future real estate needs.
- This involves managing a comprehensive pipeline of potential strategies, developing high-level implementation timelines, and tracking all deliverables from initial concept through funding approval.
- A critical aspect involves clearly communicating timeline constraints based on client funding cycles and ensuring realistic expectations are set for all stakeholders.
- This role coordinates site due diligence efforts for potential projects, working with various technical teams to assess feasibility and constraints.
- The Pipeline Manager initiates engagement with design teams during early planning phases, facilitating preliminary design that aligns with the client's strategic objectives.
- The position requires engaging multiple client departments including IT and security teams to ensure early identification of technical requirements and integration needs.
- Working collaboratively with JLL Cost Management, the Pipeline Manager requests high-level cost budgets necessary for client funding approvals.
- The role maintains close partnership with the JLL Capital Planning Manager, providing regular updates on pipeline projects for current and future capital planning cycles.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, business, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management, construction management, or related fields, with a strong background in real estate and construction program/process management
- PMP, PgMP, or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
