Manage and execute lease transactions while fostering client relationships and business growth
Oversee and prepare monthly reports, quarterly reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Manage building tours with clients and transaction reporting to clients
Review lease documents and write lease summaries and abstracts
Prepare and review detailed financial analysis, including NPV cash flows
Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data
