About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and execute long-term sourcing strategies for complex IFM categories independently
Lead large-scale RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) independently from initiation through contract award and transition
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with client stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
Present sourcing strategies, award recommendations, and performance results to senior leadership with confidence
Lead negotiation of master service agreements and performance-based contracts
Perform periodic market trend analysis for specific categories
Develop, implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs autonomously
Lead and develop a team of sourcing professionals, coaching team members independently
Provide management oversight and instruction supporting operations teams' RFP/bid processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
Proven experience independently leading end-to-end RFx processes in complex environments
Demonstrated success managing high-visibility service categories, preferably IFM or facilities-related services
Experience in contract negotiation and commercial strategy development
Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environments
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
Proficiency in MS Office applications with excellent PC skills
