About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support administrative functions related to the prioritizing and executing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Provide administrative support and help drive team initiatives
- Daily use of company applications, i.e., Box, PeopleSoft, Workfront, CRM, and Quire
- Reviewing project requirements and assisting with making judgements about staffing of assignments, scheduling and booking of travel for team members in the field
- Coordinating with team members and clients to resolve meeting dates and times
- Evaluating workloads and balancing assignments between team members
- Perform clerical duties to include scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and preparation of meeting materials and notes
- Complete or manage completion of various tasks determined by EPC leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience preferred
- Workplace experience, minimum of 3 years in administrative support role preferred
- Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge - Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
