About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Compile and manage lease property data for Account Stakeholders
- Liaising with internal and external Stakeholders
- Oversee and assist in abstracting new retail leases
- Perform document management of all new retail leases
- Review and reconcile landlord invoices and rental payments
- Manage lease administration workflows through PEGA system
- Maintain data integrity and compliance across portfolio systems
- Assist the broader Lease Administration team where required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated leasing or property administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of commercial contracts
- Problem-solving abilities for landlord queries
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
- Prior experience with spreadsheets and financial based programs
- Experience with lease administration systems
- University graduate (Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law), OR at least 2 years relevant experience
