About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and develop top talent for succession and other roles
Maximize the performance of the leader and team
Liaise with business members to ensure partnership is meeting their demands
Employ traditional and creative sourcing strategies for recruiting
Support recruitment and development of a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition community & JBS teams
Communicate with business line leaders to understand requirements and expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 15+ years’ experience within talent supply chain, recruitment or executive search in Real Estate development/ Construction industry
Understand the different stages of the Talent Acquisition process
Comfortable working on mandates across all levels
Familiar in managing teams across multiple locations
Prior experience of the Real Estate industry, Construction or Engineering is a must
