About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Senior Finance Manager (POE) and regional leadership team in financial decision making, risk mitigation and pricing advice.
- Handle rent roll reviews and ensure timely uploading for rent payments.
- Prepare POE funding forecasts and ensure timely processing of expenses.
- Monitor POE cashflow and month-end activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology.
- Relevant experience in financial analysis and estimates.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and finance processes.
