About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for a large life sciences client and two additional smaller clients.
- Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
- Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustained benefits to our client and JLL.
- Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, and meeting account level KPIs and goals.
- Oversee compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities.
- Achieves Financial and Compliance Results Oversight of annual sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- MBA, a plus
- CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred.
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S.
