About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee financial operations across multiple Facilities Management client accounts
Lead month-end and year-end close activities
Serve as primary finance contact for client account teams
Manage annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial packages
Oversee compliance with Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
Identify and implement process improvements
Manage corporate finance responsibilities
Execute special projects and additional functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
10-15 years of progressive, relevant finance and accounting experience
Proven supervisory or team management experience
Strong leadership capabilities
Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Deep understanding of client service excellence
Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and audit standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred: MBA and/or CPA certification
Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) or similar ERP platforms
