About the role

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of investment packages for new producer hires and retention packages for high-performing existing talent, including signing bonuses, forgivable loans, and performance incentives, ensuring all terms, milestones, and conditions are accurately documented and tracked.
  • Maintain a confidential, comprehensive database of all compensation investments and retention agreements, monitoring performance metrics, milestone achievement, and financial terms while ensuring data integrity and security protocols are strictly observed.
  • Coordinate preparation of materials for investment committee meetings and executive presentations, synthesizing complex compensation data and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated tracking systems for all new producer hires, capturing key performance indicators including production metrics, client acquisition rates, retention statistics, and ROI on compensation investments.
  • Monitor package performance metrics across the producer population, preparing regular analytical reports that identify trends, success rates, and areas requiring strategic intervention or adjustment.
  • Prepare polished reports and presentations on new hire progress, compensation package effectiveness, and talent acquisition outcomes for review by senior leadership and C-Suite executives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation analysis and package structuring, conducting market research and competitive analysis to ensure JLL's investment strategies remain competitive and effective in attracting top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, compensation analysis, or similar analytical role with demonstrated expertise in complex data management and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization, and database management capabilities with ability to manipulate large datasets efficiently.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in complex compensation and performance data.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols in all professional interactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex financial and analytical concepts clearly and persuasively to executive audiences.
  • Highly organized and self-directed work style with ability to manage multiple competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
  • Direct experience with compensation analysis, incentive package structuring, or total rewards program design and administration is preferred.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate industry dynamics, producer compensation models, and brokerage business operations is preferred.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and presenting to C-Suite leadership with confidence and polish is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, compensation management platforms, or specialized tracking databases is preferred.
  • Background in talent acquisition, retention strategy, or human capital analytics with proven track record of supporting strategic workforce initiatives is preferred.
  • Project management experience with ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive results through influence without direct authority is preferred.
  • Professional certification in HR (PHR/SPHR), compensation (CCP), or project management (PMP) demonstrating commitment to professional development is preferred.
