- As a Building Renovation Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects and deliver exceptional results for our client.

- You'll manage all aspects of projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide leadership to project teams while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
- Evaluating and contracting with service providers, including architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitoring and directing the work of service providers to ensure performance standards are met.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and completing project status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
- Understanding of contracts, agreements, and real property transactions
- Ability to prepare and manage project schedules and budgets
- Advanced level knowledge of construction systems with experience in scope identification and preparation.
- Proven front-line management skills in a multi-discipline work environment
- Preferred: Master's degree in a related field
- Experience leading projects in multiple sectors (office, retail, infrastructure, hospitality)
- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation
- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
