About the role

  • Oversee and manage facility operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with client standards, aviation regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Oversee vendor performance, contract adherence, and service-level delivery for maintenance, repairs, and critical system operations.
  • Develop and manage regional operating budgets, monitor spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational needs, resolve issues, and support business-critical initiatives.
  • Implement preventive maintenance strategies and ensure accurate use of tools and reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and support onsite teams to foster a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience managing facilities across multiple locations, ideally in aviation, transportation, or other 24/7 mission-critical environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems and operational requirements.
  • Proficiency with CMMS platforms (i.e. Corrigo)
  • Ability to travel 15-20%
  • Ability to analyze data, develop reporting, and present operational insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated capability in vendor management, contract oversight, and service-level governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Engineering or related degree preferred
