About the role

  • Executes day-to-day communications, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs for aviation account
  • Ensures timely, accurate delivery of communications across multiple channels
  • Helps strengthen account culture and engagement through structured, process-driven communication operations and content management
  • Drafts, edits, and distributes communications across email, newsletters, and SharePoint
  • Manages the communications calendar, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely distribution
  • Creates and formats announcements, success stories, and case studies
  • Maintains distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and communication trackers
  • Builds PowerPoint presentations including business case decks, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and leadership updates
  • Manages and maintains account SharePoint sites with current, organized content
  • Gathers content, updates, and inputs from sites and stakeholders to maintain centralized story libraries
  • Executes employee engagement and recognition initiatives including campaigns, awards, and surveys
  • Coordinates logistics, communications, and follow-ups for programs and initiatives
  • Maintains account templates, toolkits, and communication resources aligned with brand standards
  • Supports governance activities such as MBRs, Town Halls, and Annual Reports
  • Tracks engagement metrics and maintains reporting trackers and dashboards
  • Coordinates with account teams to gather input and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provides ad hoc support for site requests and meetings through coordination and materials preparation
  • Routes and responds to communication requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Supports the Communications Manager with meeting preparation, materials, and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or related role
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing communications content across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technically proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborative and proactive with ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Execution-focused with responsive approach to meeting deadlines
  • Process-driven with ability to take initiative within established guidelines
