About the role
- Working with a small team to support ANZ to deliver best in class Engineering SME support to the Work Dynamics accounts.
- Support accounts during and post mobilisation and transition to ensure they can operate effectively using available technology.
- Promote new and innovative maintenance techniques, while reducing risk on the account.
- Ensure client expectation is met or exceeded in all aspects of delivery.
- Exploit opportunity to develop and expand engineering delivery in ANZ.
- Identify opportunities and requirements to connect other SMEs in the Centre of Expertise Platform to accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in engineering operations in IFM
- A university degree in engineering; Preferably electrical or mechanical.
- Direct experience leading/managing others and demonstrating followership.
- Experience of account mobilisation and ongoing support services.
- Requires a continuous improvement mindset with an ability to promote change amongst teams.
- Experience driving and deploying large scaling initiatives and programs across varied people, assets and geographies.
- Requires general understanding and can demonstrate understanding Engineering Delivery, commercial implications and risk, and change management.
- Demonstrated collaborative leadership skills and ability to quickly identify, respond to and resolve issues.
- Should have broad understanding of various IFM commercial structures and implications of each related to operational delivery, especially in the ANZ market.
- General understanding and experience with Real Estate Outsourcing, and client needs and expectations.
