About the role
- Lead the creation of comprehensive outsourcing solutions for prospective Financial Services clients, encompassing organizational design, savings identification, technology integration, service delivery frameworks, and value proposition development.
- Partner with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing to deliver tailored, competitive proposals that address specific client challenges.
- Manage critical deliverables including integrated solution design, portfolio cost modeling, financial pricing models, organizational structures, scope clarification, risk documentation, and corporate functional reviews.
- Participate in site tours and client-facing discovery sessions to diagnose needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Assist sales leadership throughout the contracting process by identifying optimal business terms, developing contract exhibits, and conducting get-give analysis.
- Create and maintain financial models demonstrating client value and JLL profitability. Identify financial and delivery risks, complete internal profitability analyses, and ensure solutions balance competitiveness with acceptable risk profiles.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an outsourcing and operational role is desired.
- Integrated Facilities Management knowledge strongly preferred.
- Exceptional listening skills with the ability to synthesize client needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong presentation capabilities with flexibility to adapt style for diverse audiences.
- Commercial pricing familiarity and financial acumen to build, interpret, and articulate complex value propositions.
- Deep understanding of real estate outsourcing models and solution design principles.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback during presentation rehearsals and role-playing exercises.
- Skill in identifying growth opportunities during the pursuit process.
- Capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure best practices are applied consistently across all deals.
- Strong analytical abilities for benchmarking, estimating, and risk assessment.
