About the role

  • Design and implement data governance program, including policies, standards, and frameworks across service lines
  • Support the Account in knowledge management by establishing and documenting data flows and processes
  • Support Data Governance Lead by independent execution of data & business analysis and research, and development of high-quality Data Governance documentation
  • Oversee Master Data Management for critical property data elements
  • Contribute to the established Data Stewardship program that empowers stakeholders
  • Partner with IT, BI, and business teams to improve data quality and processes
  • Create Data Dictionaries and other metadata and processes documentation to bring clarity to complex systems
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to embed governance into projects and changes, Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions regarding data quality and processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years in data governance/management within enterprise environments
  • Proven client relationship management and consulting skills
  • Business analysis experience with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of database management, data lifecycle, and governance frameworks
