About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead month-end and year-end close activities across multiple client accounts
Serve as the primary finance contact for assigned client account teams
Manage annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial packages and performance metrics
Oversee compliance with Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
Identify and implement process improvements and new planning tools
Manage corporate finance responsibilities including JLL P&L budgeting
Execute special projects and additional functions as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
10-15 years of progressive, relevant finance and accounting experience in corporate or client services environments
Proven supervisory or team management experience
Strong leadership capabilities with high attention to detail
Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Deep understanding of and commitment to client service excellence
Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and audit standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
