About the role

  • Lead month-end and year-end close activities across multiple client accounts
  • Serve as the primary finance contact for assigned client account teams
  • Manage annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial packages and performance metrics
  • Oversee compliance with Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
  • Identify and implement process improvements and new planning tools
  • Manage corporate finance responsibilities including JLL P&L budgeting
  • Execute special projects and additional functions as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 10-15 years of progressive, relevant finance and accounting experience in corporate or client services environments
  • Proven supervisory or team management experience
  • Strong leadership capabilities with high attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Deep understanding of and commitment to client service excellence
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and audit standards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
