About the role

  • Managing properties in accordance with JLL standards and procedures and the Management Agreement
  • Achieving financial results, operating objectives, and client and tenant satisfaction
  • Understanding clients' investment objectives and developing property-specific strategic plans
  • Overseeing the implementation of approved initiatives and programs by managing the property team
  • Maintaining strong communication with building owners and tenants
  • Leading strategic planning initiatives and executing comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Developing and implementing annual operating budgets and capital plans and ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting
  • Analyzing financial performance, preparing detailed reports, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations
  • Implementing tenant satisfaction program and meeting regularly with tenants to ensure successful program
  • Overseeing competitive bidding process for all third-party contracted services and ensuring compliance with JLL standards
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, supporting team members' career advancement and skill enhancement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry
  • Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi-million dollar operation
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid real estate license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe.
