About the role

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including software engineers, AI specialists, and machine learning engineers
  • Proactively source passive candidates using advanced methods
  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, understanding complex technical requirements
  • Facilitate interview processes and hiring decisions by coordinating with interview panels
  • Drive the offer process in partnership with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams
  • Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Track and action on recruitment metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated focus on technical roles
  • Hands-on experience successfully recruiting for Software Engineers, AI/ML engineers, or other highly specialized technology sectors
  • Proven ability to source and hire passive candidates in fast-paced environments
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience managing requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
