About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including software engineers, AI specialists, and machine learning engineers
- Proactively source passive candidates using advanced methods
- Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, understanding complex technical requirements
- Facilitate interview processes and hiring decisions by coordinating with interview panels
- Drive the offer process in partnership with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Track and action on recruitment metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated focus on technical roles
- Hands-on experience successfully recruiting for Software Engineers, AI/ML engineers, or other highly specialized technology sectors
- Proven ability to source and hire passive candidates in fast-paced environments
- Strong full-cycle recruiting experience managing requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
