About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders to assess organizational learning needs and translate business strategies into actionable training roadmaps
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of global training programs spanning leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and professional competencies
- Build and mentor a high-performing team
- Manage training budgets and resource allocation to optimize program delivery and cost efficiency
- Drive innovation in learning methodologies by integrating blended learning approaches
- Champion change management initiatives that support adoption of new training programs and reinforce our culture of global collaboration
- Ensure all training content meets quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing enterprise-wide training programs
- Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale training initiatives across matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and competency-based training frameworks
- Strong business acumen with ability to align learning strategies to organizational goals and demonstrate measurable business impact
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including remote and geographically dispersed direct reports
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and partner effectively with executives and cross-functional leaders.
