About the role
- Lead complex technology programs from intake through launch, partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, and Support
- Align business priorities, product strategy, and engineering execution to deliver measurable, outcome-driven results
- Develop and manage integrated program plans using agile and lean methodologies, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to experiment with and implement AI-assisted development practices (e.g., backlog refinement, testing acceleration, documentation automation)
- Own monthly financial operations for the portfolio, including accruals, reforecast (RD) cycles, and financial flash reporting in partnership with Finance. Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership and ensure budget tracking reflects real-time program status.
- Manage software vendor relationships end-to-end, including contract negotiations, license renewals, and procurement processes. Partner with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to evaluate vendor performance, right-size licensing, and drive cost optimization.
- Partner with Product Support leadership to triage escalations, identify systemic issues, and ensure timely resolution across the product portfolio. Serve as a bridge between Support, Product, and Engineering to close feedback loops and drive improvements that reduce recurring user issues.
- Continuously evolve program management practices to increase speed, transparency, and predictability through intelligent systems.
- Lead and develop two Program Manager reports while directly driving strategic programs, providing mentorship, prioritization guidance, and oversight to ensure consistent delivery excellence and team growth.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred
- 5+ years of relevant/professional experience related preferred
- Experience at innovative startup or complex global organization with product culture and operating model
- Strong stakeholder attention with ability to align multiple business and technology partners including vendors
- Possess strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities to drive effectiveness and efficiency
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML platforms, generative AI tools, or workflow automation within technology organizations
- Curiosity and experimentation mindset toward emerging technologies and intelligent systems
