About the role
- Provide strategic operational support and guidance to the PDS Houston and San Antonio Variable Market teams
- Identify process inefficiencies and provide feedback to the Regional Operations Lead to collaborate and develop strategies to enhance productivity, optimize operations, streamline workflows, and reduce costs
- Utilize business intelligence tools to drive data-informed decision-making, monitor operational performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Lead and local market business partners (i.e. HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT…) to ensure effective implementation of PDS business processes and initiatives
- Effectively support the implementation of operational strategies and initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction within the markets
Requirements
- Computer skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Sharepoint)
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as virtual filing and record keeping
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
