About the role

  • Development of workplace and design concepts and space planning
  • Conceptual design and development of guiding principles
  • Preparation and assessment of the feasibility of planning requirements
  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration with colleagues (especially Workplace Strategy)
  • Training and supervision of Junior Designers
  • Participation in, facilitation of, and preparation of pitch presentations
  • Independent management of clients and projects in English and German

Requirements

  • A completed degree in (interior) architecture, design, or graphic design
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English (fluent)
  • Ideally, initial professional experience with international companies and start-ups
  • At least basic industry knowledge in architecture and civil engineering
  • Knowledge of ASR(A) regulations and fire protection codes
  • High level of creativity for bespoke interior concepts, particularly for office and/or retail typologies
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, as well as SketchUp, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
  • Interest in trends, innovations, and developments in the workplace/office market
