About the role
- Development of workplace and design concepts and space planning
- Conceptual design and development of guiding principles
- Preparation and assessment of the feasibility of planning requirements
- Cross-disciplinary collaboration with colleagues (especially Workplace Strategy)
- Training and supervision of Junior Designers
- Participation in, facilitation of, and preparation of pitch presentations
- Independent management of clients and projects in English and German
Requirements
- A completed degree in (interior) architecture, design, or graphic design
- Excellent written and spoken German and English (fluent)
- Ideally, initial professional experience with international companies and start-ups
- At least basic industry knowledge in architecture and civil engineering
- Knowledge of ASR(A) regulations and fire protection codes
- High level of creativity for bespoke interior concepts, particularly for office and/or retail typologies
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, as well as SketchUp, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Interest in trends, innovations, and developments in the workplace/office market
