About the role

  • Manage client transitions from Portfolio to CoStar platform
  • Lead change management, stakeholder coordination, and partner with Migration Owner for seamless execution
  • Execute stakeholder engagement across Account Directors, Legal Affairs, and Lease Administration teams
  • Design client readiness programs (briefings, FAQs, approvals)
  • Develop communication materials highlighting platform benefits
  • Coordinate contract reviews for MSA modifications and GDPR requirements
  • Establish post-migration support structures and conduct lessons-learned reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Real Estate, or related field
  • 5+ years PMO/program management in lease administration or real estate technology
  • Proven multi-stakeholder project delivery
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise
  • Project management tools and methodologies
  • SharePoint administration
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities
  • Understanding of lease administration processes and legal/security considerations
  • Risk management and analytical skills
  • Preferred PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Commercial real estate lease administration experience
  • Familiarity with CoStar, Portfolio platforms
  • GDPR compliance experience
