About the role
- Support the financial operations of JLL’s WPM and Engineering Services divisions in Brazil
- Lead monthly financial close processes, ongoing forecasting, and development of the annual budget
- Perform variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Identify opportunities for process optimization
- Create reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Previous experience in financial roles, preferably in real estate, facilities management, or professional services
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
- Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax and fiscal regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
